Ballenisles Country Club
The project involved demolishing the existing clubhouse and constructing a brand new 114,000 sq. ft. facility, featuring three fully functional kitchens, a grand lobby, meeting and dining rooms, lounges, card rooms, a boardroom, and administrative offices.
Our mechanical scope included installing two 200-ton Stealth chillers, 18 AHUs, 3 RTUs, and two VRF systems. One of the biggest challenges was coordinating the mechanical installation with the final millwork and décor. Ductwork and equipment were expertly integrated into architectural elements, with specialty and linear grilles finished inside custom millwork, ensuring a seamless look. Remote damper cables were also installed to minimize access panels in high-finish ceilings.
