FAU Boca Student Housing

Showcasing the new 616-bed, 7-story, 185,920 sq. ft. student housing facility at Florida Atlantic University’s Boca Raton campus! This modern structure replaces the 94-bed Algonquin Hall, originally built in 1965, and features two- and four-bedroom style units across 183 units. The ground floor includes common spaces with a kitchen for all dormitory residents and the Get Wise Facility—a comprehensive academic advising, learning, and career center accessible to all University students. Additional amenities include study lounges and laundry facilities. The entire facility is supported by a chilled water system, featuring three Dedicated Outside Air Units with Energy Recovery Systems, Vertical Stack and Horizontal Fan Coil Units, three Air Handling Units, and VAVs.
