Coral Gables Public Safety Complex

Located in downtown Coral Gables, the Coral Gables Public Safety Complex covers an area of 190,000 sq.ft. This cutting-edge establishment accommodates the Coral Gables Police Department, Fire Department, and Emergency Operations Center. Its HVAC configuration includes two 250-ton centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, nine chilled water air handling units, and five CRAC units.
