JM Family Enterprises Inc.

The project involves the renovation of a corporate office complex for a Fortune 100 company located in Deerfield Beach. The phased replacement of existing office facilities encompasses three LEED Gold-certified office buildings, totaling 265,000 sq. ft. Additionally, a 33,000 sq. ft. training center, a 22,000 sq. ft. dining facility, two parking garages, and outdoor spaces are included. SMC has installed a chilled water system linked to a central energy plant that caters to the entire campus.
