Situated in Kendall, FL, this 265,065 sq. ft. Toyota dealership stands as one of the Southeastern U.S.’s largest facilities. Completed in 2020, the renovation and expansion aligned the dealership with current building standards. As part of the project, SMC implemented a new 300-ton water-cooled chiller plant to facilitate cooling for the entire facility.
