Lauderdale Yacht Club

SMC played a pivotal role in the extensive reconstruction of Lauderdale Yacht Club’s new two-story, 36,941 sq. ft. clubhouse situated along the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale.

Completed in 2020, the clubhouse boasts a spacious main dining room on the first floor, complemented by the Cove Harbor room. The ground floor features a lounge bar, Wine Room, various furnished spaces, and a covered terrace. Administrative offices occupy the second floor, alongside the Gold Room for member events and relaxation, offering panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway from covered and uncovered terrace areas.
